Suncor, the 50% partner in the Stuart project, just released a comprehensive (and relatively thoughtful) environmental position paper. It can be found at: suncor.com Clearly they are being proactive on the issues. This approach generally tends to be more productive (and generates less adverse publicity) when dealing with environmental groups. I'm pleased to see them address the concerns head on, instead of playing ostrich or not taking the issues seriously at these preliminary stages.
