For what it is worth, when I talked to John and reaffirmed when I talked to John's financial guru, the estimated total cost of a trade to IT including overhead, etc, is about $12.00. I don't know what volume that is based on, nor where the threashold costs are, but if that is an all inclusive number, then it would support the premise that it is a 75-25 split with IT taking the 75%
