Bill, I don't know if and when his trial membership ran out, I do know that when a trial runs out you can reapply immediately under a new name and be back in. I did'nt like the idea of having to pay to be here so for 6 months or so I went from temp membership to another with no problem. I cannot believe this guy, I have to give a slight tip of the hat, I have checked into some of the sites that he posts on and his is quite knowledgeable on each subject. That does not excuse his from being a royal pain in the ass.

I'm new to this board. I have a few questions. 1. I checked the website and there was mention of a filing made with the SEC in April of 1998. They also mentioned that they intend to be a fully reporting company. When will that occur? 2. An "Audited" income statement was provided on the site as well. Does anyone know who audited this statement? Does anyone know where the rest of the statement is? Like the Balance Sheet? 3. Does anyone know what the difference is between a distributor of watercraft and a retailer? How do the economics work? That is, who would have better margins, a retailer or distributor? How does a distributor recognize sales, do they report the gross profit/commission on the transaction or does the whole sale price get included in revenues. 4.
