Someone on Yahoo posted what was supposedly the 8/7/98 script numbers. I won't repeat them because I believe they are fake. The person doesn't even know when to say the numbers are up or down. Think they were designed to scare us. Isn't it true that NO ONE has them until 11 am EST??

No. The info I was provided was not from the CFO. It came from another Vivus employee. I was told to expect some type news release by the end of this week at the latest. If it doesn't happen I will tell you who told me this.
