Re: Bob Davis's source. I don't know Bob or this Mike K guy. But, if you click over to this "Blivitz List" thing, you will see that almost everything Mike K posted was copied from Davis's page.

It looks to me like Mike K just forgot to put in the quotation marks, and was not talking in first person, but that Davis wrote it. Just a hunch.
