I just invented it, so it's obviously far from scientific! I don't think you should take the 10Q too literally because e-commerce is so fluid.

An affliction that makes investors take everything said by a company's lawayers as the literal and ultimate truth. The affliction makes people believe that companies divulge their long term strategy completely in their quarterly filings.
