John

Thanks for taking the time to type up that letter.
Looks like things should start to get interesting very soon !

We are also in the final stages of deveolpment of double bit fonting
software,an advance which will open to MSU the potentially huge Chinese and
Japanese IAD markets.

Most recently , our manufacturing partner,Mitac of Tawian, is demonstrating a TV set
incorporating our Internet access technology.

This sounds great to me :
The way that I see it Sanyo will have the Chinese version built into a TV manfactured by Sanyo and when I talked to Mike he said that Sanyo would not make the English TV version but it looks to me like Mitac is !!!!!!!!!

NetTV seen at center of Spyglass-Motorola deal

Spyglass Inc. shares surged Monday after the Internet software developer reported a multimillion-dollar contract with Motorola Inc. The
agreement provides for the Naperville, Ill. software company to provide technology and services for as-yet undisclosed Motorola products.
Spyglass declined to comment, saying Spyglass hadn't formally announced the agreement, which was revealed in a federal securities filing.
Spyglass president Douglas Colbeth was quoted by Reuters as saying the Motorola product would be used to provide Internet and broadcast
capabilities to television sets. "It's the largest device-related contract in our history," Colbeth said told the newswire, estimating royalties and fees
at "multiple millions" of dollars. Shares of Spyglass gained 1 3/8 to 11 1/4, and Motorola's rose 2 to 51 3/4.

Good luck
Tim
