Sure, but apparently we never had the industry defining product that you're referring to and my Ws are still worth a nickle. The 6.7 mill in assets and 26+mill in revenues look pretty good against my nickles. It seems to me this acquisition could still give my Ws a nice kick.

In a way I'm with you, I want to own the product that gives Exxon the edge on the industry. Maybe I need to go to another location to be able to do that. I don't know. The prospects for doing that while in MIDL are looking slimmer and slimmer. At this point even if JS could bring the whole package needed, many savvy investors are saying the deal would be wrought with legal issues that make it less than attractive.

Good one! DF-144 was supposed to give us that "unfair advantage" as I had seen posed a couple months ago before all this garbage happened. Where is the NHSA "unfair advantage"?
