Thats because we understand that this investigation hinges on an issue that is one of those anomalies of the law, where it is "illegal" to do what most people would do - lie on television regarding an affair which is completely irrelevant with regards to Clinton's performance as a president (with the caveat that this stupid investigation has impeded his performance, but the affair itself harmed no one). If I were Clinton I would have wanted to lie, if I were Hillary I would have wanted him to lie, and if I were Monica I would have wanted him to lie, because this entire charade is an embarrassment to all parties. The only people that seem to feel that admitting the entire affair and all the gory details about it on TV was the "right" thing are: Tripp, Starr, and some of you people here.

QUESTION: Do you think Klin-Toon will cry tonight if he decides to address the nation?

Or will he well-up with teary-eyes ?

I vote for teary-eyes without actually crying (ala Jimmy Swaggert).

The people who say it's only about sex just want to leave out the facts of the case that make it improper and illegal. In admitting these facts, it points out they're hypocrisy --- cognitive dissonance.
