Interesting that the announcement didn't state the size of the sale or the company sold to, yet we still had a 11% increase in price on only average volume.

Makes me wonder what will happen when they have a real announcement!

Relax its O$i.com

Love long and prosper,

ps. Even your president has heard our slogan, but got it slightly confused.

Let's hope more announcements are not far behind. If this tele. company bought based on results of other companies' trials, what's the chance those companies are in line? Maybe now that one company made a decision it will pressure the others to buy so they won't be left behind.

I've decided I could give every argument possible in favor of Osicom and it will just be twisted by certain individuals. We can all speculate till the cows (and bulls) come home. Only more positive news like this will make a difference. The best answer for shorts is an increasing price.

Let's have more!

>> I sure noticed CC and BP's absence this afternoon. Guess they were busy
covering. <<

Can't speak for Barb, but you make me laugh. Your stock is down over 93% and you think a little bounce due to a hype announcement changes anything?

The press release said it would expand the network to 10Gb/s. That is like a 4 channel mux at OC-48. A tiny order. Looks like Osciom was getting desperate after watching their stock fall everyday and decided to throw together the press release to stop the bleeding. They didn't even bother to wait for "permission" to post the customer's name, that shows how desperate they really are. We have no idea what kind of price concessions Osicom offered to get this sale.

Let's just wait and see what the quarterly results have to show...

No David, I'm not inclined to cover on a press release that omits all the material details of the claimed deal. This type of thing is SOP for death spiral converts. It is designed so that the convert holders can sell into the strength, IMO. The only thing that will make me cover is something actually falling through to the bottom line. I really don't think I have to worry very much.
