There does appear to be some desperation here

Message 5518426

Protege did mention he had a lot invested.

My posture was not to discourage but then I have no right to invite a potential war here either.

In the future I shall stay out of stock discussion, as is my normal frame of thought anyway.

I do like Rambus though.

"DGIV is a pump and dump stock hyped by a group called the Rocketeers."

Jeff, this statement is incorrect. First of all, DGIV share price experienced a 3000% increase from February to May of this year. The "rocketeers," as you call them (actually an informal group with one person know as RocketMan and another known as rocketeer1... the term rocketeers was contrived by nays) did not come to existence until the very beginning of April.

What you actually are is half right Jeff. DGIV was pumped, bigtime, not only by said rocketeers, but also by the likes of many other well known SI individuals/groups. Consequently, the hysteria drove DGIV's share price from its lows in February ($.25) to a high of $8 in May (3200% increase). Since the "rocketeers" were the first on the scene, they were begged for more picks (rocketeer credibility rose exponentially due to the DGIV increase). The man whom had been doing a lot of the pumping chose to submit another pick: MTEI. Crowds of people followed (some "non-rocketeers" sold DGIV at huge profits and then rolled it into MTEI). MTEI share price saw a huge increase as well, going from around $.10 to $1.50. Another pick ensued. INFE saw the same action... went from .18 to a high of around $5.00. Fact: Rocketeer philosophy is to find undervalued companies and hold them for a period of at least one year. Fact: most every rocketeer now holds MTEI, INFE, and DGIV at a loss. These folks were still buying after 200 and 300 percent increases. Now, many have since gotten out of INFE and MTEI. What has not occurred has been any selling of their positions in DGIV. Reason: this stock is extraordinary. So yes, DGIV was pumped, but it was never dumped by the so called "rocketeers." Go to their thread Subject 20535 and notice that most everyone whom pumped DGIV in April is still there.

I repeat, there never was any dumping of DGIV by these individuals. Instead, the momentum players are the ones who dumped, and subsequently brought the 3000% increase down to a 700% increase.

Here's the chart: bigcharts.com

Notice that the share price retains an approximate 700% increase since the fall out. Also, notice that it has been basing near $3 for exactly eight weeks.

In addition, just to put things into perspective, I do not know any of these people, other than what I have learned from observing them. My very first purchase of DGIV was in mid-July, after the company found its base near $3. My target price is $20 by this time next year, and I personally believe I am being conservative here... only time will tell.

Again, the philosophy is to buy and hold undervalued/undiscovered companies with big potential for insane profits.

Now, Jeff, I came over here to discuss the company (not its shareholders) with any open-minded individuals. As I said before, I am not here to hype the company, my purpose is to increase awareness. I've been researching it for over 3 months now and I am very pleased with what I see.

I will wait for another invitation from either you or someone else on the thread who is willing to listen. I'm not here to blow smoke, and have no interests in doing so. Good day sir.
