Thanks, Tom. Indeed, "these are the times that try men's souls" and, some would daresay, the Brinker Marketimer model, as well. To be sure, Brinker, in the face of percolating bearishness from many quarters, has staked out an unambiguous position from which there seemingly can be no retreat. As wobbly worldwide markets collapse about us and shabby presidents spin the moral compass as if to wreck willfully the ship of State, more than a few would assize Brinker's bullishness and blustery buy signal as the fruit of either madness or genius. Suffice it to say, history has shown there is far more evidence of the latter than the former.
