Micheal,I would be interested in some more info about the Potomac deal as well as the acquisition of the Internet company that Capitalism was referring to.They probably would'nt say anything about the acquisition,but it would'nt hurt to try.Also will the conversions be complete this week?If we could add these to the list that would be great.Maybe I can make some calls this week too.We can see where Dave gets first then go from there.If I keep making so many long distance phone calls I'll have to start buying AT&T as well.

To All. I just spoke with the counsel for KAHI, Owen Naccarato and after we talked the president Mr. Benz returned my call. I have lot's of information and will probably make many postings tonight but my wife just returned early from work and I have to get off computer and help her with some projects. Have some good news and some not so good news. Many of your questions were answered and at least we have a very open door to follow up and get more questions answered. I encouraged each of them to log on to Silicon Investor to correct any interpretations of their comments. I'll be back later with information for you. Dave
