Thanks TL, Also we have definitely been had! However, has anybody considered that a more organized P&D crew such as TMEX may have also participated in Pumping and Dumping MTEI. It is true these BB stocks do have a lot of hype and sometimes we are caught with all the excitement. Who wouldn't get excited seeing a stock go from .14 to 1.90. We should have been smart enough to get out in the 1.50+ range. But the shareholders didn't run this Company to the ground...MANGEMENT DID! ~Mark~

We own this company! PLEASE READ! Here's the deal: we ALL own this company. The problem is that we don't have any operations to generate revenue. There are many unanswered questions to be addressed before we can determine WHERE we want this company to go and WHAT our next step is. I have recommended my company Nabi Networks, Inc. (PLUG-- nabi.net ) to take over this shell. Is that our BEST option based upon the many unanswered questions?? We must get a group of people to identify and drive closure to all of the open issues and questions. Everything is complete CHAOS now; if we want to WIN we must ORGANIZE. SYNERGY, everyone, SYNERGY! ...that's what we need! So with that in mind...we must appoint a Steering Committee of around 6-10 people to identify and work all the issues (e.g, identify assets & liabilities). This committee will then furnish shareholders with reports and recommendations. After this investigative process, we must elect a new Board of Directors to create & drive the needed direction. POWER TO THE PEOPLE! I will be posting a URL tomorrow to start the nomination, and voting process. We need to act quick!
