hmm, that sounds interesting but is it realistic? Lets say there's 100mm shares OS, now being that it's your company you plan to merge with ICVI it's likely you would want majority ownership lets say 80%, to make it simple lets say MTEI issues you 500mm shares which would bring your ownership to approx 83%, and the total shares OS up to 600mm, before going on, the main question is how much equity are you willing to lose in such a reverse merger? Mountain Energy lost approx. 36% to ICVI shareholders when it reversed merged, a sign I initially pointed out on this thread spelled trouble.

SCOTT,go for it, someone should do some thing with this shell,
and if you can get most of the investor's that got burned on this to agree, I would go for it, BUT you need to move fast .
jack plan's to start another company in 30 to 45 day's ,so if your going to do it, now's the time ,you have my vote, this would be a hoot if
investor's in a beat company did this, never herd of this one before
investor's take over when company go's under, what a new's story this would make.

MTEI SHAREHOLDER STEERING COMMITTEE

The URL to register your shares and nominate committee members is

users.nabi.net

If you do not have anyone to nominate and you do not want to join the committee it is still important for you to register your shares so we know how our votes will be counted. If we do not get enough registered shareholders we will not be able to continue with this successfully.

POSTED 8/18*****************************************************

We own this company! PLEASE READ!

Here's the deal: we ALL own this company. The problem is that we don't have any operations to generate revenue. There are many unanswered questions to be addressed before we can determine WHERE we want this company to go and WHAT our next step is. I have recommended my company Nabi Networks, Inc. (PLUG--http://www.nabi.net ) to take over this shell. Is that our BEST option based upon the many unanswered questions?? We must get a group of people to identify and drive closure to all of the open issues and questions. Everything is complete CHAOS now; if we want to WIN we must ORGANIZE. SYNERGY, everyone, SYNERGY! ...that's what we need!

So with that in mind...we must appoint a Steering Committee of around 6-10 people to identify and work all the issues (e.g, identify assets & liabilities). This committee will then furnish shareholders with reports and recommendations. After this investigative process, we must elect a new Board of Directors to create & drive the needed direction.

POWER TO THE PEOPLE!

I will be posting a URL tomorrow to start the nomination, and voting process. We need to act quick! If your interested in being on the committee send me an email at scott@nabi.net

With everyone's help we will eventually get to the bottom of this and win!
