dg, i think you are right. clearly, he had sexual relations with monica - if you listen to her and she's the only one telling the truth ;-) he testified he didn't have sexual relations under oath. the next $50 million will be spent to argue whether sexual relations includes a bj. it obviously does unless you are the one caught ;-) i think the dress issue pushed bill over the edge, otherwise he would've lied. i wonder if it was a bluff ;-) however, i knew he did it before he admitted it - even though he denied it until then. i knew he was lying - it was obvious. ever try to smoke weed w/o inhaling? ;-)
