Either VVUS management is like the black sheep of bad luck or they do the right things at the wrong time for the right reasons but the wrong decade..

The Approval newwire seems to be still in transit.. Seems it just hitting the wires after market close today and some people got it like just a few hours ago ?????.

I am still confounded why they waited all this time to make the release and then release it all in one shot especially when they are under scrutiny. Not only that but also filing their 10Q on the same day which basically negates everything in the press release.

I will be writting to VVUS thanking them for making the shorts rich.

No these things mean exactly that, Q3 results will be affected.
But I do think we need to call them and make sure if they are refering to Q2 or Q3.
