Here is a link to their prior filing. Look at the third paragraph. It is almost identical to the paragraph in discussion on yesterday's filing except for a few changes based on more recent developments. It looks to me like they simply use the old filing as a template for the next filing and change some of the wording depending on what has transpired since the last filing.

Now if we compare the last 2 filings, we see that some parts were probably just added into the recent filing (eg Canadian approval) and some parts are totally unchanged from even earlier filings. Question is exactly what is the authors point in time when referring to the paragraph in question? Was this paragraph revised in the month of August or was it revised in an earlier month?
