<-OT->"If Monica were an intern at the FED I would be worried."Gauging the mood.

Steven:

Judging by the mood on Wall Street as reflected by the following
Head Line and the comment I think the mood of the market is not particularly worrisome in the wake of recent developments.

Head Line reads

"Russia, Clinton: Who cares?"

Followed by a comment from some investment adviser.

"If Monica (Lewinsky) were an intern at the Fed, I'd be worried," said one investment adviser, summing up the mood in equities. The adviser was referring to the Federal Reserve, whose interest rate committee will meet Tuesday.
