isoman, I see that you understand my intentions with regard to due diligence. Differences of opinion is what makes a market. I suspect that we have different views of things based on each of our unique experiences. I hope that others can come to the understanding that not asking questions and only accepting the positive news and statements of the company can give your investing compass a wrong heading.

I do want to make a point about the information that you have gathered from Belize. As I read the government report it does not say that John Schmitz is not involved in Affordable Housing, nor does it say that they do not exist. So both your information and the government report are consistent. What has yet to be addressed by any source but the government is whether Affordable Housing has any mortgage arrangements with the Central Bank or are they licensed to do mortgages. The government there says no.

In that regard,it does raise the issue of just what percentages of ownership PRWT has of Affordable Housing there in Belize. That John Schmitz has a part of that business is small consolation to the shareholders, if that part of the business belongs to him as an individual.

Well the financials should address these issues. I wonder when they are coming?

isoman....I though your posts were very good..
You may be right when you said about the Belize deal:

"The CEO must have a reason that is in the best interest of the company and Shareholders. If that is the case , down the road, when the story unfolds, this will come to light"...

But, it is becoming evident this stock is not going to sustain any upward movement until PRWT can address the issue. When all is said and done the ticker tells the tale (down almost 10% today). The stock has been bleeding to death the last few weeks, and although I can attribute some it to market conditions, most is due to uncertainty surrounding PRWT.

Did anyone actually phone these?!:

If one wanted to phone Belize to verify that affordable housing group can do business in Belize, then they could always phone the ministry of the attorney general and ask if Affordable housing group is registered under the companies act.

telephone (08)-22154, (08)-22504, (08)-22110

They could also phone the Central Bank of Belize to verify that John Schmitz did in fact ask for and get permission to own part or all of affordable housing under their regulations.(501)2-77216

Or you could phone PanAmerican's lawyer in Belize Norman Neal, at 2A King Street in Belize City
