Charles, Let Tim go, maybe he'll help me get some cheap shares. <VBG> I understood that all of this is explained in the attachment to yesterday's press release that was supposed to be put up on the webpage yesterday. I have no idea why the attachment is not yet available.

When Maxam Gold Corporation was notified by Maricopa County that the air quality permit process had been completed, we attempted to personally retrieve it. We were informed that it would not be released "over-the-counter" and the permit would be mailed to the corporation's registered address. At the time there was not a critical need and it was handled routinely by the county and Maxam. The fee has been remitted and the permit will be mailed by the county as per their orderly procedure.>>
