Forest: I will help you out on this WARRANT- OPTION clarification issue so you can make an informed
decision.

A warrant entitles the owner to buy a specific number of shares of common stock from the issuing company at a
specified price per share during a specified period of time. Warrants are not unlike market created call options,
which give to their holders the option to buy common stock from other investors.

Both warrants and options are capable of offering HIGHLY LEVERAGED PLAYS on common stock price
changes.
