Jeff, After talking to two different sources this trading suspension should resume on the Sept 1st if MMs are will to make a market in MIDL. The companies where the suspension ended up being permanent were NOT fully reporting. MIDL is fully reporting just the haven't done the 97 10KSB which DF was susposed to do. I hope that Mark updates the shareholder on the status of the 10K. Also we need to think about a shareholder meeting to stop the P conversion. I suspect the shareholder meeting to be very interesting.

IMHO

Reuter News Article. DF's actions are part of the equation...

SEC suspends trading in Midland

WASHINGTON, Aug 18 (Reuters) - Federal securities regulators Tuesday suspending trading in holding company Midland Inc. because of questions regarding the
accuracy and adequacy of its publicly made information.

Trading in the Denver, Colo., based company was suspended at 0930 ET/1330 GMT and will remain suspended until 2359 ET/0359 GMT on August 31, the
Securities and Exchange Commission said.

Questions were raised regarding Midland's assets and liabilities, identity and assets of companies it has announced it plans to acquire, current operations and
business prospects, the SEC said.

The SEC also said it was concerned about the composition and involvement in company affairs of Midland's purported management and the possible
misappropriation of assets by Midland's officers.

Uh... I heard yesterday that Alan Markoff and Bender and a few others were laughing their butt's off yesteday at us poor MIDL shareholders.

Ask God to Forgive you Alan.

Just thought all MIDL shareholders should know this.

:-/

The only consolation I have is that Alan and his buds lost a ton of money already... on this um... fiasco. And that righteousness don't mean squat...

Sorry to post this type of public post, but I just think that character (especially when it adopts a position of righteousness in public)... oh whatever...

I'm just pissed.
