As per my conversation with Gary: 1. Regarding the islandgaming.net site: (pull it up, it works, no need to type www.) The site is only a no frills site as it was put together as quickly as possible in order to be up and running before NFL season. It will be operating under "heavy construction" label until the newer fancier version is completed. They have logged on 120 new accounts in the last 5 days . They will issue projected #'s for this month and next month in a PR .

As per my conversation with Gary: The following is how I recalled the conversation, please do your own DD: He spoke to J. Timothy Thursday evening. Mr. Timothy is extremely upset with "The Independent" because he was NEVER Interviewed by anyone from The Independent. Mr. Timothy told Gary that he should initiate a lawsuit and can probably close down the paper for writing what they did. Gary has no intentions of doing this as he doesn't feel it will benefit anyone if jobs are lost ( he is creating work over there). There is a $20,000 fine and 3 years in prison for releasing information about ownership registration in Dominica. So whoever did it should be a little nervous (IMO). Gary's legal council made sure that everything was set up correctly and he see's No problems regarding the registration.
