ECS is a non issue as stated previously. Glow cancelled it when they did not provide the requested paperwork to GLOW.

Burnt Church: Getting close to completion. The building is complete and they are awaiting furniture/parking lot/lights. Glow needs to put up $10,000 infusion for attorney's which could be done Friday and the contracts will then be finalized at that time. (IMO) He really likes this deal.
