I am simply trying to show what the intended purpose of the
contract may be for. How it will be used by Southwall.

It seems that you do not like the direction of my comments.
Do you not like the sharing of ideas and information or is
there something you are afraid of here?

Mad2, what I was told by certain individuals at the SHM in
NY was the days of companies buying equipment at face
value and using the technology (for free) that comes with said
equipment are over. In other words, the equipment and the
product that the equipment makes via the technology are two
totally separate things. The equipment costs X, the
engineering may or may not be built into that X cost
(probably not) and the on going license of the technology
costs X. The maintenance of said equipment is X.

Four separate issues, engineering, equipment, license of
technology, and maintenance. All of which come with their
own price tag.

I believe this is the scenario, why would PRST sell its
technology short.

Good luck to each and all
