The President can fire Starr. He is the Chief of the Executive branch where Starr is employed. He can not politically afford the consequences however. JLA

Michelle-
You can't be serious about firing Starr. If that happens, Clinton would be impeached within the week and convicted by the end of the month. Talk about obstruction of justice!

Michelle: Too Late for that. The Emperor and The Empress have no clothes and the serfs are realizing that. The Clintons will be very very lucky with His resignation only... Life prison is a very strong possibility when everything comes out to light.

I think Starr personal motivation to win has overcome what is right and what is wrong, and what is best for our country.

James Carville is now writing a book about Starr. I saw a documentary where they interviewed people that were involved in the Whitewater fiasco and Starr's tactics ruined the lives of many many innocent people. Even though the documentary was meant to be non-biased, I came away feeling Starr is way out of control. Janet Reno was a dumb sh** for letting him look into the Lewinsky deal.

I have been involved in civil litigation which was pure hell. I can't imagine being the subject of a criminal investigation from a zealot who cared more about putting me behind bars than doing what is right.

There are powerful Democrats are going to kick his ass to Pepperdine instead of the Supreme Court where he wants to go.

I used to be Republican but I must say I do not agree with their tactics.
