Spoke with the attorney. He really is not that involved with this and says that it is more of an internal thing between Dilbert (sp?) Taylor and Glade James. The suit is among other things for nonperformance of duty. James has counter-sued, which is typical as I understand it. I tried to get a figure for the shares in dispute but could only get a number off the top of his head, 800k. This really isn't an issue though, since these were canceled. I hope this puts everyone's mind at rest on this issue at least. If I have missed something, please let me know. Sandbag
