Frank: As you now, I have challenged K on a number of occasions as to what constituted institutional selling. Only in the week prior to the earnings CC did I see significant institutional selling moving the stock from 24 to 20--the move from 29 to 24 was primarily lack of buyers in a bad semi market. But in the past two hours we have unquestionably seen a big institutional dump. It is far and away the worst dumping in LSI since last October. It is outright ugly. There is no positive scenario for this.

This weakness smells of pure BS..........

Technicals say go directly to 20.........somebody must be floating some BS about LSI........wouldn't be the first time. I never believed that this stock might be hated by the street.........is it? If so, I'm out. Had enough of that with IOM last year.

I may be slow, but I ain't stooopit. :o(
