NCT Fax Number: (203) 348-4106 Tomorrow is D-13 -- or, D-minus-thirteen. That is, 13 days until NCTI absolutely must get to $1.00 in order to avoid delisting. Today's volume of sells indicates that longs are already jumping ship. I feel the only thing that will save us is some completely blockbuster news, something about Internet communications, telephonic or cellular communications, a new large alliance, etc. Some of you don't seem to care about delisting. Well, you are a small minority. There are no advantages in being delisted -- the market knows this very well. No new buyers will be attracted by the delisting. Many new sellers will suddenly appear with the threat of delisting looming. To any of you that care, I seriously feel that it is well worth a fax to NCT to state exactly how important it is for management to now pull out every positive thing they have -- they must get the price up. Act as quickly as you can. Remember, tomorrow is D-13!!! Nicholas
