well, in regards to talking to John, I have attempted to call him for the past few days to discuss some points, and late this afternoon, I got a call back from Mr. X. He did say that even though he did not want his name to be public knowledge, he is setting up an investor relations queation answering organization to take the weight of talking to so many investors.

Now then as to what I found out. Like others I herad a lot of the same old hype and company lines. But, in my usual way, I pressed on and found out one very interesting thing, and that is about the 10Q. As you all know, we were going to have a 10Q that cut off at the end of June. It would have only told us about the old purewater. Well, John listened to us and secided that the cut-off would be later. THAT is why we are not seeing the 10Q yet, and will not until, I think someone else said Sept 15?Anyway, the wait for the 10Q will be worth it because it will have operating figures for Panam, realistic projections, etc ... There was a lot more discussed that I need to digest, but for now, that is the good news. That we will be eliminating a controversial bashing point by delaying the 10Q and IMHO, it will be worth it.

As far as the price of the stock, it is right now in the hands of the MMs. Mr X and I went over the past few weeks sales and buys and amazingly the same thing that a lot of fols have been saying. There have been as many if not more buys then sales, and thus it is the MMs taking their pound of flesh, and not the market activity that has been hurting us.
