I am running a couple of different scenarios through my head as to try and dermine for myself how may shares are really out there.

#1 Barry Stein hires MM and MS and says "Oh, by the way, why don't the two of you each take 16 million shares of my company for your efforts. Never mind the fact that this will dilute the hell out of my company and that once the shareholders catch wind of this they will all sell and make my stock worthless."

#2 Barry Stein hires MM and MS. He also authorizes approximately 12 million more shares of fntn at a value of about .22 per share bringing the total number of shares to about 16 million, 4 million of those are investment shares. The other 7 million or so are sold to Market Makers for capital. Maybe some of the 7 million shares are used as compensation to MM and MS, who knows?

Well, that is what I have come up with so far.

Comments? Anyone want to add to this?

Could be, but this number corresponds exactly to the 16 million shares we've been assuming are issued. I think that it is important to point out that we still haven't seen any sales, only registrations to sell.
