Michael,Thanks for the revision.It looks real good.The talk about it being a shell,could that be what was being referred to by Capitolism when he made mention of an internet Company?Any thoughts?....John

I have no problem with that overview and I don't doubt that the share count was accurate at the time (a month ago or so). It's just plain wrong to repost it with the same share count like Dean did.
