They will act no differently than in the past. If Joe receives a reasonable offer next month from one of the suitors it will undoubtedly have to go back and forth several times between the attorneys. Once it is acceptable to both sides Joe must take it to the board for approval. If they approve, it must then go to the shareholders for a vote at a special meeting. The shareholders must have at least a 30 day notice of a special meeting. As I said Ernie, nobody is moving the goal posts. Best Regards
