hope you guys are NOT thinking of shorting PRWT... I haven't read all the posts.. but I believe that would be a mistake...

anyway... met with some guy tonight.. going to roll wife's 401k into an IRA to brokerage account to hopefully buy some more PRWT...

only thing is that he said they have legally up til 6months AFTER current year.. so by July 1, 1999 they have to have sent 401k funds over to IRA company... WHAT!??? he said that in most cases.. it only takes about 6 to 8 weeks... oh well... doubt we'll be under 5cents by then... but oh well.. depending on how things look when the money hits the account.. I'll consider getting more.. I avg 4.8cents a share right now... so anyone who can avergae under me... well, good job... assuming you trust the DD and that things continue and that we get some news soon on some key issues..well, the current prices will look very attractive in the hindsight..

findstock....I may be misreading your post...but, every brokerage house I know of (in the US) will let anyone with a margin account short stocks...Each broker is a little different on what they consider a marginable stock...It generally has to be trading over $5, but some brokers (very few) will let you short stock that trades over a $1......and most brokers will only let you short listed stocks (Nasdaq, Amex, NYSE).
