Hi Julius, In my Relative Valuation I use the sum of the Value Line P/E and the 13 week Treasury rate to keep tabs on each and both. (the idea came from Elaine Garzarelli)The recent pull-back in the market has helped to relieve the High Risk pressure, but it's still way above it historic levels. If interest rates stay flat, we can probably work our way out of the high P/E levels over time without having to take the market lower. If Mr. G. remains happy, the market should be too!!
