LegalBeast...Thanks for the information, but I am familiar with MMs ability to manipulate stock. I am a Manager for a large publicly traded company and from time to time I have dealings with the primary MMs in our stock....Current estimates are that 40% of the trading volume on the Nasdaq is MM churn...MMs trading with each other to create volume and hence interest in the stock....Forbes did a great story on the Nasdaq a few months back that every investor should read(sorry, I don't have the link)....So the bottom line, I do understand how MMs work. Unfortunately, now small investors blame all their woes on the wicked MMs. Nobody can believe their stock is not going up....its always the MMs manipulating the stock to keep the price down. You see it on just about every message board on SI and Yahoo.
I have watched the ticker on PRWT and in my opinion...right now...the stock is down because there are not enough interested buyers. Sometimes it just boils down to simple supply and demand...and with the large float, the supply is currently more than the demand.
