hoops .. better check your sources. Here are my reasons: 1. I am a shareholder and I received no such letter, nor have I ever received such a letter for previous splits. 2. PS has NEVER announced a stock split this far in advance. Typically any stock split has accompanied the Q3 results release. 3. If it was 'quite some time ago', perhaps your information relates to last fall (1997). Finally, I doubt PS would contemplate a stock split at these depressed price levels.
