jhild, Why do you assume that it (financials) is obvious, week, obscure? and who would recognize the name of an auditor anyway, this is not one of the Fortune 500. I don't assume any of the above and would not expect anyone else to assume this without facts. Lack of facts does not take it in either direction. Wait until it is published. Roger

jhild, You expect others to back up their words. How about yourself? The reason financials have not been published right now is not obvious except in your own mind. I'm certain there may be a good reason behind your madness on this thread. No, you are not saving anybody. Instead, you are patting yourself on the back with your relentless ways to try to get everyone to explain to you everything. Anyone can do what you do. It's simple. But, what good is it? Rather, it's a sickness... you try to make yourself look good at the expense of trying to make others look bad. You have a real mean streak and you have polished your skill of delivery over time. It's old and no one cares for it anymore. Better yet, it's predictable. If you really want to be productive, try determining some of these issues you bring up on your own instead of try to conjure up wild accusations. Kevin
