How about having the Preferred convert to 300 COMMON? I would think that this would negate the R.S. pulled on anyone who held shares up and through the date the R.S. was implemented. A little "Thank You" for us holding....so to speak. I want my 70,000 shares back, and the conversion would give it to me again. The any resulting "fruits of my investment" just get pushed back to 2003....talk about being a long term investment! -LIPS-
