I got a copy of "The Volvo Magazine" in the mail a few days ago. It has an article on the S80, and pictures the IC (Inflatable Curtain). Doesn't look anything like Simula's ITS. It has a tube across the top of the window, with about 8 other shorter downward tubes forming a curtain, so the window is totally covered. They state it can absorb up to 75% of the energy of a side impact, as well as protecting occupants from hitting the glass. It is standard on all S80s.
