Bobby....I think that a lot of the governments are frozen and scared...including Rubin at this time....because of derivatives....we believe that our banking system is solid...but we are going to find out which banking systems and US banks are on the wrong side of derivatives with Russia, Japan and who knows who else,very soon...this is my belief...because when one rolls over [as the devaluation in Russia on a weekend]...you can not reposition or get out...I think the Derivatives that are out there are about to catch up with the banks world wide. Now who is holding the wrong side?????....Karen

Eisenhower spoke of the domino effect....we may actually see it happen but not by communism, but by paper based on mathmatical principals by smart guys and gals from MIT etc...who do not understand the markets...
