Maybe! It depends on whether the filings are completed and verifiable. My only concern is that a request on Gabard's website was made for anyone with BLACK & WHITE information on a number of companies that were mentioned in previous press releases, but ultimately never panned out. This scares me because it seems that they may have little, if any paperwork to complete the filings. It may all be lost or shredded for all we know. What is worse is that they have no cash to do anything, and that the directors and possibly large shareholders are providing some cash just to protect what little of their equity that is left. Looking for a silver lining! lb
