Message from Gary's Web-Site: <<Anyone with solid black and white information nor insinuations, innuendoes, hindsight or complaints that may be of use to the SEC's infomation gathering process on Mega Hellis, New Departure, Gulfstar, Novagaz, Arcon, etc. please fax it to the SEC or myself at (770) 389-5645 upon which I will immediately fax it to the Midland's SEC investigator. The stock has been halted by the SEC for lack of current accurate information. The SEC wants the filings and current information brought up to speed and disseminated. Since Dan took comtrolling position after the aquistion of the stock he did not do any paper work. Nothing was supplied or completed on anything concerning the SEC or even the business as far as that goes. According to the SEC the stock will resume trading Sept. 1, 1998. The SEC just wants all information brought up to current levels immediately. The internet is fraught with speculation where the SEC is seeking the black and white proof. The filings are 9 months behind!!!>>
