who would of guessed that TLC would use every legitimate technique to enhance it's stmts?

why didn't the analysts know this or warn investors?

what else are they not saying?

it also absurd to think if the analyst at PQ read that on the 10Q, that he would not have called TLC 1st to clarify it! My guess he did and wham!~

TD,

Your interpretation of the 10Q mistatement seems to be correct. If they had fully utilized both factoring facilities, DSO's would have been 143 days. Based on the number you gave (105), the facilities are little used. How do you know that it was a mistake - did you call the compay or talk to an analyst?

The sale of AR is not apparent in the cash flow since it is typically treated as cash from operations. TLC should specifically disclose in a footnote how much AR was sold during the quarter. Given that they factor, that would leave little to guess at. I did not see this.
