****OT**** Barbara, when you want to buy a company out you have to make an official offer. I believe it's SEC rules. Look at all other companies, most official offers are almost always above the going rate in the market. I don't know all the specifics, but I believe the company or someone has to make it's intentions known if they wish to buy above a certain percentage ownership.

Only a small percentage of the outstanding shares are in the float. I believe it is between 15-20%. The company has stated that they feel it is worth more then .375 and this maybe a ploy to get other offers.
