An attack on Latin American currencies (I assume this is what you mean) would not have much of an effect, IMHO. Brazil is the fastest growing market. Demand is far greater than the current capacity. There are several new GSM and CDMA systems being implemented, I believe.

My only "concern" is that CELL was not able to negotiate a contract with QCOM. QCOM pretty much dominates the CDMA handset market. Mexico is huge on CDMA, as is Brazil. Nokia is bringing out new products, but ERICY will not compete in this market. So that leaves CELL at a potential disadvantage in Latin America.

But that is only a minor concern given the huge demand in the region.
