Tow, has 50M shares. Who wants to handle the law suites and be responsible to the rest of the share holders? Do you? JFK

Of course I would.....but who are you going to find that "WANTS" to take on this responsibility......??? This was a highly speculative (at best) penny stock risk. I "bought it" all.........I believed in the potential of MTEI. I lost. I've already written it off in my mind. Jack never got any "financing"....thus, he never signed any "personnal guarantees"....he's "free"... The Corporation is responsible.........the Corporation has "dissolved" so to speak. I don't expect to see anything come from the civil action suits. If anything, I didn't sell because I figure that maybe somewhere down the road....someone will buy this shell and I may get back my investment. I wish you luck.........and, by the way.....
