We don't know for sure if Tow has the 50MM. And if he does I don't think he can do anything with them for like 3 yrs (including vote). No, I don't want to handle the lawsuits and be the sole responsible person. I just want to organize the people and get to the bottom of all this, then recommend what we should do next..
