And if you look at the 1 year chart for the DJIA, NAZ, SP500, or just about any other index, you'll see a right shoulder forming, which (if we continue down from here) would complete a fairly nice head and shoulders.

Downside could easy be 2000 off the DOW. The pattern was similar in 1987 and some other famous bear markets.
